SYNOPSIS After three years of lockdown and a failed revolution, deep wounds and a strict security law shape Hong Kong. After ten years under construction, the M+ museum opens, a masterpiece by the Basel architects Herzog & de Meuron. Patron Uli Sigg donated significant contemporary Chinese art to the museum. The film sheds light on the role of the museum and the art scene in the debate about Hong Kong's future.
