MIRAGGIO

A FILM BY NINA STEFANKA
MIRAGGIO

DOCUMENTARY · 2020
SWITZERLAND
86 MIN

SYNOPSIS The film accompanies five refugees from West Africa upon their arrival in Italy. Their journey remains a year-long odyssey in which they are exposed to a vacuum of waiting. Only their reflection on their longing for a better life, the disillusionment they will soon experience and their lost homeland form the stability that runs like a red thread through the haunting portraits of the protagonists.
